We are experienced, Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who have been practicing medicine / residing in the Farmington, ME community since 2002. We see patients 18 and older. We offer:

• Annual Physical Exams that focus on age-appropriate preventive care

• Management of complex medical conditions (Diabetes, Heart Disease, etc)

• Sick visits (same day or next day as available)

• Pre-operative medical clearance

• Collaboration with medical or surgical specialists you see to ensure that your medical records (and plan of care) remain accurate and easily accessible. No redundant testing or confusing, inefficient care. Communication between your Doctor and specialists will be more robust since we will have the time to personally engage with them, when needed

• Routine follow up appointments with the amount of time needed to properly and efficiently take care of your needs

• Dr Goss has a special interest/expertise in treating long COVID symptoms and dysautonomia. If you are a patient of Dr Hershfeld, he will be available to see you in consultation, if desired

• Flexible appointment options in our office, via tele-health, telephone or home visits, if needed (extra fee will apply for home visits depending on driving distance from Farmington or Strong)

• Longer visits that are relaxed, unhurried and peaceful. Patients will deal with us, directly. No complicated phone trees, triage phone calls, etc. Our office space will be inviting and comfortable

• As we evolve, we will offer a variety of point of care testing and EKG

• We are open to collaborating with local business owners to discuss DPC options for their employees, which can often be more cost-effective than traditional insurance plans / coverage
